In this week’s Self Love Podcast Quicky, Kim discusses the importance of self trust as a superpower. She emphasises that no one will give you permission to pursue your desires and it is up to you to trust yourself. Kim explains that unwavering self-trust is quiet and grounded, and that backing yourself is more important than always getting things right. She highlighted that building trust involves listening to your inner nudge, honouring your word, and choosing yourself. Kim reminds us we are already enough and we don’t need to prove our worth. She encourages trusting in one’s ability to handle challenges and embrace vulnerabilities.

Quotes:There is a moment in life when you realise that no one is coming to give you permission to do, be or have whatever it is you want.Trusting yourself is the ultimate superpower any of us could bestow. You can either keep waiting or hoping someone’s going to come in and do it for you or give it to you or you can simply start trusting. When you really tap into trusting who you are, what you are, and where you want to go, it is quiet. It is grounded, it is a deep and knowing that just says, yes, I’ve got you.Trusting yourself doesn’t mean you are always going to get it right. It just means you back yourself no matter what.Every time you honour your word and every time you choose you, you build that trust.Betting on yourself is one of the most powerful things you will ever do.The practice isn’t about doing more or being more. It is to trust yourself more. The moment you truly back yourself, is the moment everything begins to change. You are enough.

In this rich and heartfelt episode of the Self Love Podcast, Kim sits down with naturopath Melissa White to explore the deeply personal and often misunderstood journey of women’s health, particularly through perimenopause and midlife transitions. Melissa shares her holistic “telescopic” approach to naturopathy, looking beyond symptoms to understand the full picture of a woman’s lifestyle, environment, relationships, and emotional wellbeing. Together, they unpack the unique challenges modern women face, including the pressures of balancing career, family, and identity while navigating hormonal shifts, often leaving them feeling overwhelmed and depleted.
The conversation gently reframes perimenopause as a powerful transition rather than a decline, while acknowledging the very real emotional and physical impacts it can bring. Kim and Melissa also dive into the cultural narratives around aging and beauty, the influence of social media, and how women can reconnect with their sense of self beyond external expectations.
Woven throughout the episode are simple, nurturing self-care practices from functional foods and herbal remedies to breathwork, mindfulness, and connection with nature, reminding us that support can be both accessible and deeply effective.
About MelissaMotivated by the whys, Melissa is a Clinical Naturopath who specialises in the “unravelling” of complex, chronic health cases. In a world of fast-paced protocols and one-size-fits-all supplements, Melissa advocates a slower, more intentional approach to healing. By prioritising foundational nutritional repletion and clinical reasoning, she helps patients navigate the physiological and emotional layers of long-term illness.
Her work is dedicated to those who have tried the “standard” path and found themselves pushed in the wrong direction, particularly women navigating the systemic transitions and multi-layered presentations of pre-perimenopause and beyond. Melissa guides her patients back to a state of physiological resilience through deep clinical expertise and an investigative approach that translates the body’s complex symptoms into a clear, strategic path forward.
Her definition of Self Love is: Self love is internalised self-agency, it is an act of like mental sovereignty. It is about acknowledging that micro mother within. So it is metacognition. The gap between a thought and reaction. Pivoting above and observing, thinking, it is the act of thinking of thinking. If you have the capacity to see yourself perceiving a situation, you can actually mediate or resolve that situation before it actually enlists a physiological response.
Her favourite quote is: If you want to take the island, you’ve got to sink the ships.

Quotes:I felt like I just kind of had this natural capacity to understand or resonate with herbalism. You can be a little bit more self guided in naturopathy. It is a telescopic perspective. We zoom right out.We are the sum of the 5 nervous systems we interact with.It is a more whole encompassing perspective on the patient.I am grateful that I have got a great capacity of thinking. I am somebody who can think across multiple different interests at once and also excel in those areas.I can actually perceive a case intuitively but also apply the mechanistic knowledge behind that.I just had this inner knowing what herbs were actually safe for me.It comes from having a heightened sensory perception or intuitive sense. The most refined topic that comes up consistently is our perigirlies. When it comes to social media the algorithm loves provocative suff.We are not going to identify with a woman who is living her best life. We identify with the woman in the trenches. We don’t consume food, we consume codes. It is literally life that you are consuming and it is communicating with your body,What actually sparks your soul?If you feel good about yourself, you are going to reflect a better perspective of self.I think we transition into a mother tree. They store energy, wisdom, support and memories. It has to be social media. It is in our face every single day.It would be challenging for someone who hasn’t had a chance to even mature and get to know who she is to be able to say I don’t want to look like that.If intuition is a guide, metacognition is the guardian.Self love is regulating yourself to a point where you can actually moderate it before it actually starts to affect.I am so against the narrative, we are not like computers. It is so innately complex the reason why we gain weight. It is an unwavering trust in yourself that you get up and bet on yourself.Question everything.Common is not a synonym for normal. If you do not feel okay in your body, something is not okay.Trust yourself.

Thursday Mar 26, 2026
Thursday Mar 26, 2026
In this week’s quicky, Kim discusses the importance of mindful movement rather than exercise or punishment. She emphasises that movement is medicine and should be approached with love and respect for the body, regardless of age or ability level. Kim stresses the difference between avoidance and mindfulness in movement, encouraging you to honour your current state and practice consistency rather than perfection. She shares that even simple activities like walking or stretching can be beneficial and recommends a quick “Fab 4 and 5” exercise routine as a starting point. Kim reminds us to appreciate the power of movement and not take their ability to move for granted.

Tuesday Mar 24, 2026
In this inspiring and grounded conversation, Kim speaks with Tara Jarrett, founder and CEO of @Pilates 24/7. The conversation explores the rapid rise of Pilates as a global fitness movement, and Tara’s mission to break down barriers around cost, flexibility and intimidation often associated with traditional fitness spaces.
Beyond business, Tara speaks candidly about family, with her children actively involved in the company, and the realities of building a purpose driven enterprise. Her perspective on self-care reframes it as intentional living, creating financial freedom, protecting energy, and showing up meaningfully for others. She highlights the importance of surrounding yourself with people of integrity, enthusiasm, and intelligence, and embracing both feedback and adversity as catalysts for growth.
At its core, this episode is a powerful blend of entrepreneurship, wellness, and mindset, offering practical wisdom for anyone looking to build a business, prioritise their wellbeing or navigate change with clarity and purpose.

Quotes:As a young woman in my 20’s, I was incredibility fortunate to come across great role models at that time.Another pivotal moment for me would have been COVID which has a huge impact on where I am right now and the business I am doing. We are one of the success stories that have come out of a terrible situation.I knew we had to pivot and pivot fast to survive the fitness industry. There were low moments, but I had great people around me.Good people need people.Everyone will have a pity party at some point. You have to be at the lowest to appreciate the highs. You’re allowed to have that time, but don’t let it go on for too long.@ Pilates actually saved me.It gave me purpose and it gave me something to focus on. It became who I was for a period of time.I thought this is a good idea and women needed something. They are getting financial freedom by doing something meaningful which is pretty cool. There are three pillars in the business, the member, the studio and HQ. All three need to get something out of it.It is about the member. Communities is everything. We are always thinking about the member because we know if the member is succeeding, the business will succeed. If you are working with family and friends have a clear direction of what you are trying to achieve. Have exit strategies in place and do the boring stuff.Be responsible for who is affecting your world and the decisions that you are actually making. For me self-care is about creating freedom. To have financial independence and have the time and capacity to be there for the people that I love.Don’t waste your time on people that have no influence over your day to day.Don’t let them live rent free.Everything I do now. I am trying to constantly think about 2 steps forward. How does this affect the people around me?All of the things we have done wrong have taught us way more than what we have done right.Don’t close yourself off to negative feedback.Surround yourself with superstars. You are never too old to start exercising.Three qualities in people to look for is enthusiasm, intelligence and integrity.Integrity is incredibly important for you and also everyone in your world around you.

SLP 563: Self Love Quicky - The Power of Connection
Thursday Mar 19, 2026
Thursday Mar 19, 2026
In this weeks Quicky Kim explores the power of self-love, connection and the strength of women supporting one another. It’s a reminder that the most important leadership role we will ever have is the leadership of ourselves.
When women honour their bodies, trust their intuition, and care for their mind, heart, and spirit, they begin to lead from alignment rather than exhaustion and compassion rather than comparison. The episode also highlights the sacred power of women gathering in circles, spaces where stories are shared, support is felt, and we remember we are not alone.
Through a reflective poem from Kim’s book “Like Chocolate for Women”, we are reminded that true beauty and wisdom grow from within.
This episode invites us to pause, breathe, and remember that self-love is not selfish, it is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.

Quotes:The power of connection and the incredible power of women and the magic that happens when we truly connect with ourselves and with each other.I want to invite you to pause, to breathe and remember the power of loving who you are.Women are extraordinary beings. We nurture, we create, we hold space, we lead, we rebuild, we care, and we rise again and again through the many phases of life. Many of us forget the most important leadership role we will ever play. And that is the leadership of ourselves.Self love is not selfish.Self care is not indulgent. When a woman truly honours her body, when she listens to her intuition and takes more time to care for her mind, for her heart, for her spirit, then something shifts. She leads from alignment rather than exhaustion. She leads from compassion rather than comparison. This is what enables us to even maybe lead from truth rather than expectation. There is something very deeply sacred about women just coming together. For 1000s of years, women have always come together in circles, to heal, to celebrate, to learn, and to remember their strengths and their power. We see parts of ourselves reflected in each other and we can remind ourselves and each other of our worth.May you honour the woman that you are, celebrate the woman you are becoming.Self love is the most powerful leadership gift of all.

Quotes:I think we all go through natural progression in life. We have chapters. If someone says you can’t, I’m like, I will.Don’t let other people define who you are, whether it is on the outside or the inside.Love it and be there because you love it but still don’t let other people in that field define who you are.It is really important that we define who we are. We love ourselves enough to define who we are. What comes out of that is a community of people who want to lift each other up and support each other. If I didn’t find self care, I was going to be in trouble.Circle has transformed me to the point that I am a different person now. When you sit in a circle, there is no hierarchy. There is an equality, there is inclusion, there is looking into each other’s eyes. The energy of that circle doesn’t stop when the circle closes. You take that with you.Circle creates this beautiful shape where nobody feels like they have to be the person that stands at the front and fixes everybody. Our bodies are wired for in person connection.Circle offers deep in person connection. It really is an ancient tool that has worked since the dawn of time.No one needs to be a guru. No one needs to be an expert. It is purely about creating an intentional space that feels warm, inviting, relaxing and nourishing. We are in the middle of a loneliness epidemic and it is global. It is like gifting yourself a moment in time.Meditation is now mainstream. Circles need to be mainstream as well.We can learn so much more from somebody telling us the story of their life than scrolling on Instagram.Think of every year as you go, the things that you let go of and the new things that you expand with. We are levelling up.Circle gives people a safe place. You leave the baggage at the door.I want to keep loving myself so much that I don’t need to be any younger version of me anywhere.I would love to see a circle in every corner. This has by far been the most rewarding career that I have done. You have to love yourself so much that I have the ability to love you because we are both worthy of pure unconditional love

Thursday Mar 12, 2026
Thursday Mar 12, 2026
In this week’s Quicky Kim discusses the importance of emotional regulation and its connection to self love. She explains that emotional regulation involves responding to emotions in a conscious way rather than reacting impulsively. Kim provides five tools to help with self regulation and emphasises that regulation is not about suppressing emotions but about feeling them deeply without becoming destructive. She stresses that self love involves being able to sit with one’s own emotional storm without abandoning oneself. This episode highlights the importance of emotional regulation for personal growth and the ability to create positive change in the world.

Quotes:Emotional regulation simply means our ability to manage and respond to our emotions in a conscious way.It is also teaching us how to hold ourselves when we feel angry, how to speak to ourselves when we feel hurt and how we respond when we feel triggered or activated.Emotional regulation is ultimately self respect and action.Emotional dysregulation is usually protection.Regulation is the conscious adult.Safety is the foundation for all healing.Clarity reduces the intensity. The brain calms when we can name the emotions.Often our reactions are echoes of the past.Self love is the ability to sit with your own storm and not abandon yourself in it.Regulated humans can change the world. Our emotions are a beautiful vehicle and tool to help the learn the art of self regulation.

In this episode, Kim sits down with journalist and founder of Muse Paper, Nicole Fuge, to explore her journey from traditional media into building a purpose led digital platform dedicated to women’s stories. Nicole shares how her career evolved from community newspapers to feature writing, and how motherhood, redundancy, and a desire for more meaningful work led her to launch Muse Paper in 2024. She reflects honestly on balancing journalism with raising children, navigating postpartum challenges, and redefining her identity beyond career and motherhood.
This conversation explores self belief, the art of capturing powerful personal stories, and the importance of intentional reading in a world of doom scrolling. This is an inspiring and practical conversation about reinvention, authenticity, and building something meaningful that truly supports women at every stage of life.
About NicoleNicole Fuge is an Australian journalist with 19 years’ experience across print and digital media. She began her career in newspapers before moving into magazines, later spending seven years in the digital space.
At the beginning of 2025, she launched Muse Paper, a modern digital publication for women seeking thoughtful stories, honest conversations, and a sense of connection.
Having experienced shifts in her health, hormones and identity, Nicole realised how much women pour into others – family, work, life – often leaving little space for themselves. Muse Paper was born from that: a place to explore the many evolving seasons of womanhood, from motherhood to menopause and everything in between.
A mum of two, Nicole has intentionally created a flexible life and career, working around nap times and often writing deep into the night when the house is quiet and still. Her work is grounded in self-trust, timing, and the power of backing yourself.
Her definition of Self Love is: Self-love is taking care of yourself in a way that only you know how.
Her favourite quote is from: Anything you lose by speaking your truth isn’t a loss, it’s alignment.

Quotes:I have always been curious and a little bit nosey and I think that is what drew me to media in the first place.I remember the guidance counsellor said to me, you will never be a journalist, because you don’t have the grades, and I have carried that with me to this day.It wasn’t until I went to uni and studied journalism that I actually thrived.I have always looked at people and been curious of their stories and I know that everyone does have a story. Most people are just ordinary people going about their lives.Everyone has a story to share and I am now realising that includes me too.I loved it and that was where I feel like my genius came out.I didn’t want to let go of who I was before becoming a mum.I was someone totally new, I wasn’t who I was before and I wasn’t just a mum.I was taking care of everyone else and I needed to take care of myself as a woman, not just a mother.I needed to count myself as a person. If I am tired and cranky, the kids are quite often cranky too, because they pick up on that energy.I think it is okay to want more because that is just part of being human. When we do get to where we want to be, it is important to actually sit with that and enjoy it.We are so busy wanting the next thing that we don’t really spend much time just sitting with where we are.Motherhood is so hard to prepare for, but it is also so hard to explain. It is that unspoken understanding between mothers. It is not until you talk to another mum that they actually get it.Those little details are what make it truly personal. Not getting that job felt like a rejection, but in hindsight, it was a redirection.Muse paper is written for women like me.We needed a platform that honours all of the seasons of motherhood.Trust the nudge even when it doesn’t make sense yet.

SLP 559: Self Love Quicky - Hormone Harmony
Thursday Mar 05, 2026
Thursday Mar 05, 2026
In this weeks Quicky, Kim explores the powerful relationship between hormones and the nervous system, reminding us that our hormones are not “misbehaving” but responding intelligently to stress, sleep, blood sugar, and overall life load. She unpacks how chronic stress shifts the body into survival mode, impacting cortisol, progesterone, estrogen, and even our sleep cycles, and explains why phases like perimenopause and menopause can heighten sensitivity to stress without meaning anything is “wrong.”
Drawing on her expertise in aromatherapy, Kim highlights the direct link between the olfactory system and the limbic brain, sharing how therapeutic grade essential oils can help activate the parasympathetic nervous system and guide the body back into rest, repair, and regulation. She discusses oils such as lavender, clary sage, neroli, and citrus as supportive tools for calming the stress response and creating hormone harmony through gentle, consistent practices.
This episode is a reminder that the body is wise and responsive. Through scent, breath, ritual, and intention we can create a sense of safety that supports true hormonal balance and overall wellbeing.

Quotes:Hormones don’t just randomly misbehave. They just respond. One of the most important systems influencing your hormones is your nervous system. When we label something as a hormone imbalance, it is actually a dysregulated nervous system. This isn’t a weakness. It is just basic physiology. The olfactory system, your sense of smell, is directly connected to the limbic part of the brain. When we do activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Our heart rate slows, cortisol begins to reduce and muscle tension decreases. The power of smell, the intentionality of rituals, and the ability of awareness is what helps us to balance our hormones and feel more harmony in the home.Hormone harmony isn’t about forcing balance. It is about creating the internal conditions where balance becomes more possible. It is about consistency over intensity. It is about rituals over reactions.Your body is not broken. It is responsive. And when you support the nervous system, your hormones will follow.

SLP 558: The One Who Knows: Finding Yourself with Krista Bleich
Tuesday Mar 03, 2026
Tuesday Mar 03, 2026
In this episode of the Self Love Podcast, Kim interviews Krista Bleich about her memoir, The One Who Knows, and the midlife journey that inspired it. Krista shares her path from growing up in Wisconsin to running a bakery, navigating divorce and financial hardship and ultimately rebuilding her life and career with renewed purpose. She opens up about her long held desire to write a book, the vulnerability required to tell her story, how the writing process helped her find clarity, self trust, and her authentic voice. Together, they explore themes of self-love, reinvention, nervous system regulation, and the courage to start over later in life
About KristaI am a lifelong seeker of self-discovery, which started with an underlying belief that there was more to life than I had been living. Countless self-development books, seminars, retreats – you name it, I did it. All in self-seeking.
My memoir is a story – the story of my desperate search for something outside myself to fill me up and make me feel whole and alive. Starting in my early childhood to my teens and early 20’s, I experienced life in ways that shaped me. I did the best that I could.
One thing I will say here is that there are so many books out there that are centred around abuse, cults, and addiction, etc. Where my story doesn’t necessarily grab someone in and pull them into the depths of “oh my gosh, what a terrible lived experience that was.”
My memoir, I feel, has more relatability in some regards. As in, I just did some stupid or different things that seemed at the time the best decision I could have made given the circumstances.
And then at the same time, the Universe or God or whatever you want to name it, played its role as well. I was open enough to see what was put in front of me and take the leap.
So the book – my life story up to my mid 50’s is the journey. The ‘normal life journey’ of a woman who learned to trust in herself.
In my late 20’s, I entered an inpatient centre for 3 weeks, dealing with depression. I met the man within those walls, whom I married later that year. I thought I was saved and the fairy tale had happened, only to have a tremendous amount of disillusionment with what I had gotten myself into.
From there, I started, ran, and managed a successful business, had 4 children, and what followed was divorce and bankruptcy.
What also transpired was a rediscovery of who I am and the knowing that I have had for myself all along. I just needed to trust that.
Her definition of Self Love is: Respecting myself and not judging what brings me happiness and joy. Doing what brings me joy, even if it is simple.
Her favourite quote is from: Mariane WilliamsonOur deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’

Quotes:I always remember having an adventurous spirit as a kid.I always wanted to explore more, be more and experience more.I had this underlying sense there was more to life than what was happening on the surface. It was a sense of something pulling me that wanted to be expressed or experienced.I knew enough to just take the next logical step.I knew back then I wanted to write something. The story wasn’t finished yet. There was more living that I had to do.Everybody does have stories, but I wanted it to have some kind of message.I tried one thing, and that didn’t work, and then I tried another thing. It taught me something more about myself.I was really creating more and more of a monster that I had to keep feeding. I didn’t realise I was the problem.I was trying to fill a hole that really couldn’t be filled.I needed that space in order to really see who I was.The other things will come when it is ready, but you can’t rush that.Give yourself the time to find you againI really don’t think that you really grow up until you have maturity and experiences.Life teaches you something about who you are.I think we really start growing up when we are over 50.I found a career that actually fulfilled me in a completely different way. It wasn’t just a job anymore. It was a career. My experience and my life experience had value.I finally felt like my life was full.I am still evolving. It feels like the beginning of my life now.I am open to what else might come.Anybody who has been searching for themselves will see a part of themselves in my story.

SLP 557: Self Love Quicky - A Holistic Approach to Health
Thursday Feb 26, 2026
Thursday Feb 26, 2026
In this week’s Quicky of the Self Love Podcast, Kim explores the true meaning of holistic health and why wellness is never a one size fits all journey. She shares how many people grow up without experiencing vibrant health and often search for quick fixes rather than addressing the deeper connection between body, mind, emotions, lifestyle, and relationships.
Kim encourages you to stop outsourcing your health to a single practitioner or solution and instead develop a partnership with your own body. By tuning into intuition, listening to physical signals, and aligning with practitioners and modalities that resonate personally, individuals can make more empowered and sustainable health choices.
She also highlights the value of simple, supportive self-care practices such as rest, natural therapies, and intentional lifestyle adjustments, reminding us that true well-being comes from approaches that work in harmony with who we are. This episode is a powerful invitation to take personal responsibility, explore integrative options, and trust yourself in creating long-term vitality and balance.

Quotes:True health is never a one size fits all.A holistic approach means that we stop outsourcing, giving our power to one single solution, a practitioner, a modality, a pill, or a protocol. What if we took a moment to zoom out and look at the whole picture? There are a lot of people out there that have never experienced what it feels like to truly feel fantastic.Your body is constantly talking to you. Listen to the whispers. It is about choosing people and practises that resonate with you.Just know that your body is wise.Your intuition is beyond intelligence.Self love means listening. The magic happens when things work with you, not against you.Ask yourself, what do I really need? What is my body asking of me?Holistic health isn’t about perfection, but partnership. You have the choice. You have the power. You can have a thousand problems until you have a health problem, and then you only have one problem.Health is your greatest asset.

In this episode of the Self Love Podcast, Kim sits down with Dr Andrea Robertson, an osteopath, naturopath, and nutritionist with more than 25 years of experience, to explore what it truly means to take an integrative approach to health. Andrea shares her journey from professional dancer to healthcare practitioner and how her own experience with burnout and chronic health challenges led her to expand her practice beyond osteopathy into naturopathy and nutrition.
Together, they discuss the importance of listening to the body’s signals and supporting health through balanced nutrition, movement, mindset, and nervous system regulation. Andrea explains how small, consistent lifestyle changes can create profound long term improvements and why symptoms such as fatigue, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, and menopause related changes should be seen as messages rather than inconveniences to suppress.
The conversation highlights osteopathy’s whole body philosophy and its focus on the relationship between structure, function, and the nervous system. Andrea also shares insights into pain management, the healing power of touch, the benefits of strength training and walking particularly for women approaching menopause and the role of mindset in reducing the body’s stress response.
Andrea kindly offers podcast listeners a special discount for her three week inflammation detox program, designed to support the body in reducing inflammation through targeted nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
About Andrea:Andrea is an Osteopath, Naturopath, Nutritionist, and women’s health educator with over 25 years’ experience helping women reconnect with their bodies and restore their energy, clarity, and confidence.
Known as the Inflammation Queen, Andrea specialises in supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions using a whole-body approach that blends functional medicine, nutrition, movement, mindset, and nervous system support.
A former professional dancer who performed internationally, including at the Moulin Rouge in Paris, Andrea brings a deep understanding of what happens when women push through stress, pressure, and disconnection from their bodies. Her work is grounded in a simple belief: your body isn’t broken, it’s communicating. Learning to listen is the ultimate act of self-love.
Her definition of Self Love is: Self-love is listening to your body. Doing what is right for your body and that you love and that love you back.
Her favourite quote is: The secret of change is to focus all of your energy not on fighting the old but on building the new by Socrates.

Quotes:It’s been a very long journey of health and wellness and learning. It is a big difference when you study something you love as opposed to being something you don’t want to be.It was like I had these curtains close across the front of my eyes.Knowing what I know now, I wish I had just dropped everything and gone the next day.For someone to say to you, ‘it all makes sense’, when you’re feeling so unwell, that piece alone is really healing. My elimination systems had stopped working and my body was carrying a toxic load. That is when I really wanted to learn how to help people in this way as well.Nutrition, movement, mindset and supporting your nervous system, they are all equal.A little bit of everything improves everything but a lot of all of them improves a lot.It is really about the one percent changes. If it is done consistently over time, it has a really profound impact.I don’t think enough people actually listen to their bodies.Your body is giving you messages and signals all the time.Anything that is opposite to good health is a whisper.Your period is like a monthly report card into your health. It is not junk food, because it is not food.If there are numbers on the back of the packet, that is not real food.Doctors are seeing people who are sick and potentially dying. That is where their focus has to be.Naturopathy works in that space where you are not sick and you are not dying, but you are also not well.It is never about treating everything at once. It is about finding the primary driver. When you understand pain, the threat of pain is less, and when the threat is less, the pain reduces.I am still a working progress in resting enough.Be open to new things that may improve your health and wellbeing.
